I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience, however my husband and I have owned The Renwick Mansion in Davenport since August 2017 and have never seen a review from you, nor could we erase any review if we wanted to on Google Reviews. I also handle administration and haven't received any complaints. Perhaps this experience was before we owned it, or possibly you have the wrong business? I have worked nearly every event at Renwick myself and would definitely not tolerate the behavior that you are speaking of. If there are ever any bedrooms locked that that's per the request of the renters.
