I would never recommend working for an agency that doesn't not replicate what staff put in. If I could give no stars I would. This agency has had several turn overs. Unfortunately they can't seem to keep employees an there definitely needs to be an investigation. I applied for a full time position (4 days a wk) which I qualified for. Upon me accepting my job I was later told they(Emily & LK) decided that I get 3 days with no 410k plan. However I was available for Sunday to Thursday. If I didn't need this job I wouldn't have accepted the job. I have attended all training and been on time for my shift. Came in early when asked. An stayed late when staff showed up late. There is definitely favor tisim with selected staff. No1 hold other staff accountable for not doing notes when shift ends. Or late for shift. I appreciate the experience and the opportunity but as far as I wish I would have paid more attention to other staff who no longer work here who said get out because they do horrible business. Who has to start all over from.scratch to rebuild Erc staff? Ask why such a high turn over and not being able to maintain full staffing at there agency. Very important question to ask. My opinion!!

This place is a scam! They use money that is donated on their personal needs & lifestyle! Ive been in this program since January & have been refused help plenty of times! Stay away
