I typically don't leave poor reviews. But I feel this time it is warranted. I initially reached out via email, which nobody ever responded to. I then called, and they said they would call back. It took some time, but we were able to schedule an initial meeting. Which, I should note, was scheduled, then changed by them. They were clear that they were busy, and our project would not start for a couple of months. We were OK with that. Initial meeting went well, and a visit was scheduled. They then changed the date, and we agreed to the change. A few days later, I needed to change the time, and left an email to that effect. No reply. The day before the scheduled appointment, I left another email making certain that they were not going to show up the next morning. I received a rather curt email saying they were trying to reschedule. After hearing nothing, I was nonplussed, but let it go. However, it has now been two weeks and they have completely ghosted me. No correspondence whatsoever. Given that they are partially project managers, scheduling appointments and communication with clients feels like a necessity. Given the positive reviews, I wish they would simply have communicated with us. We weren't in a rush.
