Our company has been on this platform for a year. They have a very slick sales routine unfortunately the results do not match the sales pitch. The only thing worse than the perfomance and reporting of the program is the abhorrent customer service.
Stay away....Ryan and Carlos shame on you. No response to emails and calls. Customer service tells you there is a 2 minute wait when in reality no one is available.
It has made things simple for our electrical company. There are some issues with integration with Quick Books. I would suggest getting to know the program as well as you can before relying on it 100%. Just like any program it is only as good as the information inputted. Support is unlimited, which has been great. Plus we like the fact that we don't have to pay per user, so it can grow with us. There is a lot that this program can do, that we haven't even touched on.
I have had this product for about 4 years and after reading some of these reviews I'd like to share my experience. I opperate a comercial landscape company and Service Fusion has always been there from the beginning, in the beginning I had many issues learning the program but a simple call to Customer service and they walked me through after the first couple of months everything was great. Before Service Fusion I had shopped many other dispatch software companies and by far are the most reasonably priced and help my office staff, crews, and myself accomplish our tasks threw out the day so much easier our corporate accounts like the communication on estimate and job status. This product has made things alot easier.
