Hi Bob, I'm sorry to hear that the selection hasn't been what you are looking for. We aim to provide styles for all different customers. We also utilize a system which we call wish lists that customers can fill out in order for us to help buy for people's desires better. Not a bad selection - if you want to look like an unfashionable grandmother who hasn't updated her wardrobe since the 1960s. I've lived around the corner for almost 10 years, and every time I stop in I'm amused that their selection hasn't improved, at all...

Totally disappointed..items on their racks are torn. Discolored. Boots have uneven heels. But on Sunday at the Clawson store..they won't take a heavy wool blend women blazer. Perfect beige trench coat ....pics attached. The manager from the Pleasant Ridge store was there. Been coming for years. I think it's a personal and racist thing. I referred my sis to the Clawson store couple years ago with NATIONAL DESIGNER BRAND shoes. They didnt want them!! Once I bought in a pair of black jeans my mom got in Maryland..I didnt want them..took to Pleasant Ridge store. Some young dude said they didnt want because they were out of style!!REALLY. ..she just bought them!!!! I'm done with this place...racist and bias!! Look at what they didnt want!!!

The original of 2 amazing 2nd hand stores in the area. Super friendly staff and low prices on a wide variety of today's and yesterdays clothes. This isn't the ratty type of 2nd hand done people think of, these clothes are trendy and in great condition. At this point about 80% of my clothing purchases are at one of the two Regeneration stores. Follow their Instagram for a heads up on employee picks that come through their door. Love this place. I've found 3 pairs of Doc Martins in great condition!

This place has been nothing but inconsistent about buying clothes, I have shown up for two appointments made and they have canceled on me both times for a high volume of clothing that theyve intake. Yet I had an appointment on a Tuesday and they told me that they dont except clothing on Tuesday?? even though I made an appointment? I really just given up on trying to sell them anything at this point and theyve even raved about needing these Plus Size options. its really unfortunate that I cant support a Detroit own company due to poor scheduling. All appts were made by Jade. Bummer!
