HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! I rented one of their properties in Phoenix for a wedding that I was in. The Airbnb (2 showers, 6 beds) was meant to be a place to get ready place for all the groomsmen and a place to sleep for all those visiting for out of town. Upon arrival one of the showers center handles was loose; so you couldn’t divert the water from the the tub or the shower. The shower would spray water out of both and from the back of the loose handle, upon finding this we told management. They sent out one of their guys and he had to take the broke shower valve to a plumbing store to get the correct parts, but never returned. The shower was never fixed, so all 7 groomsmen’s had to use one shower to get ready for a late afternoon wedding. Since we never got the shower repaired we asked for a partial refund and Rebl said no! I understand the parts might have not been in to repair the shower, but I should get an update if so.
