My project manager did his best, but corporate was horrible. They sold me hard wood floors and charged me the cost of hardwood, but they turned out to hardwood veneer. Which separated shortly after the warranty expired. My siding was warped and no one ever came to fix it after numerous calls. The French doors they installed in my bedroom were warped and leak and they have never fixed them after numerous calls . There are so many things. I ordered granite counter tops and they stopped selling that type and because they did not have anything comparable I had to go with quartz... they offered me no reduction in price but increased it. Skylights were to be installed but they couldn’t do it far into construction and only credited the charge a trivial amount. Things were forgotten from our original contract and later cost me more and they never kept to schedule and cost me thousands of dollars because they never finished on time. My project managers hands were tied and he needed up resigning. Hopefully it’s changed from 2 years ago. Don’t use them unless you have a ton of money to cough up!
