This is the worst company to ever work with. We rent from a company called Second Ave and we have a sewage backup. It has been over 24 hours and we've made zero progress. Three different tickets were filed wrong. I've talked to 8 different people. One manager I spoke with apologized for his workers being incompetent and literally said "with COVID 19 they are all home, they could be drinking on the job for all I know." I will never reach out for maintenance again.

I run a small plowing operation in mid Eastern MN, this will be my 8th season with the SMS, I was servicing 8 sites with them last season. I have no complaints, I get paid when they say I will, my contact at the headquarters is always good to work with, yes the app isn't perfect. When it's working I wish it could be left alone and not changed "updated" every season. But I'm told that's how progress works. So if you had a negative experience with this company, bummer. But I think some of the bad reviews are from vendors not crossing the t's or dotting the i's? Since I've seen none of that non payment stuff in my years with the company. I know I need to jump through the proper "hoops" to qualify for payment. And the requirements are not anything that shouldn't be required "proper insurance" and things like that. I'm glad to continue working with them in the future.
Does not pay! They do not respond in a timely manner whatsoever. I've been trying to figure out the status of payment for work I performed at a Pizza Hut nearly 3 months ago. I will no longer be accepting work from them. If you are a contractor and they ask you to do work for them I would tell them to kick rocks!
