Inconsistent printing and terrible customer service. We ordered a sample item which looked okay. I then payed for the rest of the order, only for them to arrive in a different shade of the colour and terrible quality. They clearly dont know what they are doing as when trying to resolve it then said they cant match the sample colour despite them having printed it.

Don't use this useless company. Ordered printed items in December. Only worn and washed a few times in the last few months. Washed and dried according to instructions. Prints are all faded and cracked. No remedy from the company. Terrible quality, shocking customer service. Absolute joke.

Placed an order in early May which when confirmed was expected to arrive between the 9th and 14th of June, i received no communication to say that this order would be delayed at all and ended up making contact after hearing nothing about a week after the end of the expected timeframe. Upon making contact via instagram dm's I was told that there was an issue in sourcing the blanks, and that my order would "hopefully" be dispatched within 3 working days. 5 working days later, with no update, i again dm'd and was left on seen for a further day. The following day I texted again and finally had my order cancelled. I waited about five weeks to have my order cancelled, an order that was for digitally printed samples for my clothing brand. This is not the first time i have experienced a significant delay with this company and I will not be using them again on account of their consistent inability to deliver on time service and blatantly disinterested customer service.
