I ordered products online and they arrived broken/leaking. These items were not simply mishandled by USPS. These items were packaged improperly from the beginning with half of the items not having the proper seals, appearing used. The hand sanitizer was half empty. The wet floor pads were dried out completely. That said, I was able to get replacement items shipped within the next business week at no extra cost. The products are great quality and I support the company's mission wholeheartedly. Customer service addressed my complaints relatively quickly.

Ive been purchasing Honest diapers for two years. I was very happy with them. However, I bought a new box with four packs last week and the diaper is very thin and now has quilting inside that doesnt have padding. It does not hold any of the liquid. I couldnt return them because I didnt keep the box. They are so awful that I will not donate them. At first I thought maybe it was just a bad batch. I purchased another small box today to see if that was the case. No! They have changed how they make them and they are awful. I have to return them. My granddaughter was allergic to all other diapers. I am not sure which diaper brand will take their place. Very disappointed. If I could give them a zero I would, but a one star will have to do.
