Called to be connected with a realtor. Had specific apartments in mind that were listed on their site. Said I needed to move ASAP. Was told by receptionist I would hear back within 24 hours. 3 weeks later after my initial call AND a follow-up call and NOTHING. I never heard back from anyone. Terrible service.

Talked to a guy named Mark after I sent an inquiry about an apartment. He was so rude and very condescending. He has no patience for my questions. I couldnt wait to get off the phone with him. Certainty not someone I want to do business with. This is not my first time around the block! I think a real estate agent should kind, helpful and patient. Especially when you are looking to buy an apartment in this city. Zero stars for Mark and City Realty. Ill take my business elsewhere.
