When a company schedules an appointment they have entered in to a verbal contract to provide a service between a certain time. I understand that things come up and they must push your scheduled time back at which point I would expect a phone call/txt to let me know. Well, DONT EXPECT THAT FROM THEM. They’ll send you an email stating that do to high demand appointments are unavailable...
