Hello Lauren. I am very sorry for your experience tonight. I wish that you has said something about all the issues before you left as we would have done our best to make things right. I did receive the complaint about the pizza and took it off your tab, replacing it with a complimentary caesar salad as you requested when I asked if we could get you anything else. Your experience is not the type we aim for and I hope to keep improving with the team here. I wish i had known about the other problems while you were here. This is an area of improvement in staff communication we can work on so I do appreciate the feedback and plan to discuss how we can do better with the crew. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your evening and again apologize that we did not realize you were so displeased.
