I flooded for tropical storm Imelda and my mortgage company required a contractor that was licensed and insured with all the proper credentials. A friend of mine that works for Proper Remodels and Construction, LLC introduced me to Derick. He had come over and I showed him the house, he knew exactly what to do and how to do it all. We discussed updated changes that I requested to be done on the house, as well as the time frame it would take to complete the job, pricing, material, and everything was well discussed in great detail. Derick even made several interior design suggestions that he thought would improve the appeal of my home. He said he would get back with me about everything in two days and let me know what all the final pricing and complete time frame was going to be. In two days I was signing a contract for a turn key job to be done in eight weeks. During the remodel process, Derick helped me pick out lighting, paint colors, tile for bathrooms, and tile for the backsplash. He even recommended a different stain on the kitchen cabinets. I had a great gut feeling about Derick so everything he suggested I went with. I am absolutely happy that I went with his recommendations, because he did an outstanding job on everything and it was completed in an eight week time frame he had promised. Derick is definitely a man of his word. I am truly proud of my home now, and when people come over they all comment on the house and tell me how beautiful it is. Thank you Proper Remodels and Construction, couldn’t be happier.
