Drove hour and half to see vehicle. Hid damage on vehicle in listing and when I arrived the listing had been deleted and posted for 1000$ more. Refused to negotiate. Lost 10k sale over the sales tax. Terrible experience. Would avoid like plague.

We just happened upon this place while looking for a car for our daughter. Great family friendly atmosphere, they couldn't have been nicer. Michael was our sales rep, they had the car detailed and stashed for a surprise. Balloons and a card were attached. They'll always be my first stop when looking for a car. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. If youre looking for a vehicle I highly recommend Direct Sales and Leasing and heres why, we only dealt with Austin, he was not like a shady salesperson. He was extremely helpful in giving the best price possible. Shortly after purchasing the truck, we found out there was an issue that would prevent us using the truck for a particular purpose. I immediately called Austin, explained the situation and this was his reply: I WANT TO HELP YOU WITH THIS without any problem at all he solved the issue. Im a totally satisfied customer.
