Hi Walter, According to our records, you placed the order for your dumpster at 9:04 am on May 19th. Your dumpster was delivered the same day at 1:53pm. You were also sent and explained the terms of service for the dumpster when you placed the order. We attempted to contact you on 6/21 at 11:09 am to explain that your dumpster had been out for over a month and left you a voicemail but received no response. In your Google Review, you mentioned you kept the dumpster a little longer. Our dumpsters include 7 days of usage, and your dumpster has been out for over 50 days now which we feel is an excessive amount of time. We received a call from you yesterday to have the dumpster picked up. On this call, our customer service representative calculated the charges for the dumpster usage and you both agreed to the price. We would like to make this right with you, Walter. If you could please call the office and ask to speak with Boyd, he would be more than happy to resolve this issue.

Very terrible service would highly not recommend this business paid over 500 for a dumpster had it a little longer they wanted to charge me over 20 dollars a day for said dumpster I own a business and could not imagine saying to a paying customer they owe over eight hundred dollars in dumpster fees dont go with these guys

I was advised by Rob today that I could "Eff off" when I complained that the phone call I asked to receive before they made delivery so that my car didn't get trapped in the garage. This is the way a co-owner takes to a paying customer ?
