Management off needs to be demolished. Absolutely useless. Brian and the rude lady that pick up the phone are flat out nasty. They never cleaned the stairs, EVER! Dirty building. I made a huge mistake moving here. I was told I had the first floor apartment and ended up being forced in a third apartment last minute and had no choice. The day I moved out I forgot my drill in the apartment. I called and notify maintenance man and office staff. The next day they said they dont know which one of the contractors were in the apartment and now the drill is missing. They never called me back with response and got nasty anytime I called asking. I am in the same business ten years and if this happened to me we go out our way to return items. Please stay far away.

My warmest appreciaton to the property manager Esma ,whatever we needded to repeair or repllace in our apartment was done on time and cleanlines of the building is first class , thanks to Enes very honest and punctual in business.

Great management, they responded to both my maintenance requests within 24 hours. I was brand new to Chicago and weary about finding a good landlord, but they've been great!

Been two weeks and no one has done anything to address the bug problem I reported. Management just isnt on top of things. Most management places dont have high ratings but at least they seem to respond. Here, not so much. Despite my service request being listed as receive, they apparently didnt get mine until I had called days later? I was informed someone would come by to address my service issue, yet its been two weeks and no word.
