Terrible experience! They are friendly and fast at first but the quality of there work is poor and they are not honest. I took my car to them after my accident where I had rear side damage and a bent suspension. When I received my car back the paint job was poor and filled with trash and pinholes, my alignment was still bent, and they didn’t paint the rim the insurance paid them for. After having to bring it back they replaced the control arms on the impacted side but they didn’t preform a 4-wheel alignment (which the insurance paid them twice for) because there was damage to the non impacted side that the insurance wouldn’t pay for. After a month and 2 sets of tires due to bad alignment I took my car to pep boys for a 4 wheel alignment and everything’s been fine. After asking primm’s where they going to refund me for the alignment they didn’t do they tried to lie and say they never got paid twice for the alignment even though I had the paperwork showing otherwise in my hand. After a while the owner Mike got hostile for no reason gave me $100 and told me to never come back. How you mad because you got paid to do a job you didn’t do and now I’m asking for my money Back for a service you didn’t preform??? Also let them replace my fuel pump not even 5 minutes after leaving the shop my car broke down on the side of the freeway and there is even more to the story. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
