She did not even look at any of the evidence i had brought in. Nor did she go over any of the proof i had showing my ex as a lier and planned taking me to court when my son turned 14 which she did. In the end i had to walk away from my kids because it was easier for them not to keep them going through this. I made the ultimaye sacrifice and truly believed going into this i was going to get my ex put in jail for violating court order visitation over and over again. But everyone believed my ex even though she had no hard evidence other then words. I had everything showing the exact opposite of what she was claiming. Its a shame margr breclaw doesnt care and blames the father when the mother alienated my kids from me and taught them to hate their step mother. I love my kids and only hope. When they see the truth they will come back around. I love them.

Marge Breclaw was appointed by the Court to serve as a GAL in a family law case. I observed Marge to be unethical. She fabricated stories on multiple accounts, she returned a single( your read that number correct "1") phone call made to her office over an 2 year period, she's highly uncooperative, and her most prominent feature is her abundance of incompetence. In fact, she doesn't even understand the depths and responsibilities of a GAL as set forth under Indiana Statue. About the only concept and phrase Marge concerns herself with is, "I need more money, I'm operating way in the negative here." In summation, if you're the type of person who enjoys dealing with unethical, ignorant and incompetent individuals then by all means Marge is the one for you! However, for the majority of us, you won't want to come within a 10 mile radius of the old hag.

Marge handled my divorce. She made the process easy to understand and kept my informed. She was very professional even while dealing with some not so professional personalities. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Marge Breclaw was the court appointed mediator for my case and the experience with her was awful. She clearly did NOT read the files from the case, as I was forced to be in the same room with my ex-husband who is barred from being near me as per a court order. I was NOT informed or even asked if I would allow this. I was forced to sit across from my abuser with no consideration of my safety, my concerns let alone the court order. Marge Breclaw took numerous personal calls during the mediation. As well as texted individuals and shared this information with all persons present in mediation that was in fact what she was doing. She was rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, crass and lacked any compassion for the complexity of the case. At one point she looked at me and stated Whats your problem? After I stated I was abused by my husband for 20 years her response was as follows Thats, your fault mom! You shouldve left a long time ago! Thats on you! She continued to berate me, victim shame me, yell, exhibit unparrelled unprofessionalism of which I have never seen. She attempted to bully me into allowing my ex husband to have a gun collection or at minimum the key to his EXTENSIVE gun collection. This was a CLEAR indication she did not read the case. My ex-husband has a order of protection where he is Brady Disqualified. He is NOT allowed to have weapons due to his violent behavior towards me and a court of law ruled I was to have them. Despite the the clear ruling of the judge, Marge Breclaw stared whats wrong with you that you cant give him his guns? You need to give him the key, what is your problem? Marge Breclaw should be ashamed of herself by blaming the victim - ME, forcing me, the victim to be in close proximity of my abuser - a violation of the order of protection in place to protect me. Breclaw was attempting to force me to violate a court order pertaining an extensive gun collection. Her appalling statement blaming me thats your fault, mom. You shouldve left a long time ago! Thats on you! Is disgusting and unforgivable. Victims of domestic violence run away!!! Marge Breclaw will not protect you!!
