If it was possible to give zero stars that would be a more accurate rating for the servicing team here. We took our car in for a service and MOT informing them that one of the brake lights wasn't working and requesting that they specifically look at this prior to the MOT. We found the team to be rude and unhelpful, falling way short in customer service. We had to chase them to confirm when the car was ready and when we went to collect when we asked if the brake light had been fixed we were bluntly told "It must've been to pass the MOT". When we drove the car away the brakelight still didn't work and when we called to speak to them we were told that it must've been working to pass the MOT. Hmmm. Customer service was atrocious with rude staff at every stage from drop off, to collection to then reporting the problem back to them post service. I now don't trust them to service, MOT or fix my car. We'll be going elsewhere to get our car fixed. Avoid these guys at all costs, the team were completely incompetent.

Audi A4 ultra sport blue.(over 13.500 pound) They said full service history but no proof of this. On last MOT the car come with advisory about n/s front shock absorber (leaking). They refuse to replace it. I ask them about 2 chinese tyres, they said tyres are road legal so F. O. Johnny all new cars are coming with premium tyres. You pay peanuts for buy back cars and can't afford one shock absorber and to premium tyres(250 pounds all together)? Thanks anyway, I've got a brilliant car with full service history, Vredestein tyres(6mm) 20.000 miles and 2. 500 pounds cheaper This is why i give you 2 stars.

I've had a great experience with this dealer and Kieran in particular who made the process of getting a new car smooth and pain-free. Kieran was very accommodating and friendly. I looked at one car and then decided that I would prefer a newer version, Kieran went out his way to get the car I wanted and I absolutely love it. Thanks Kieran!
