I recently purchased close to $2000 worth of hunting clothes. Replacing my early season Colorado elk archery gear and late season big game and bird gear. On my first hunt with the new gear. I had 2 of my main pieces fail. Requiring replacement. I contacted Pnuma right away after my hunting trip. They instructed me to send pics of the issues. Which I did the same day. Two days later after no response I called to see what they where going to do. Pnuma said they where still deciding what they are going to do. The next day I had to reach out to them again. I was told that they where going to email me a warranty form by the end of the day. That form needed to be mailed back with the clothes to the alterations department. It took the 3 days to email me the form. They are going to repair the garments and not replace them. I couldn't believe that I paid over $200 for a pair of pants and over $100 for a Merino shirt that failed on the first day of the trip. And these guys want to repair it instead replace. I expected more from a company that claims to be world class hunting gear. So I send the clothes to them. 4 weeks later after not hearing a word I had to reach out to them again. Nobody knows what's going on with my repairs. The following day I'm told that the repairs are done, packaged and ready to send back. The day after that I get a email with a FedEx tracking number and a label was created. Now it's 10 days later and still no clothes. So again I contact Pnuma, and they have no explanation why the package is still in their alterations department. If your not keeping count I have been without my new hunting clothes for 6 weeks. And this is during prime hunting season. Even after all this they refuse to send me new replacement pants and shirt. If your looking to purchase new gear I would highly suggest buy Sitka or First Lite from a reputable retailer that values customer service.
