This vehicle was brought in with multiple Electrical and ABS Codes. When attempting to advise Mrs. Wright of our diagnosis, we were advised to speak to her husband about the repair. Our Shop Manager had numerous conversations with Mr. Wright and advised him of repair costs. The repair did take longer than expected due to a Software issue while programming the ABS Module (this was something that was out of our control). We never spoke to Mrs. Wright after that first conversation. This review was written without firsthand knowledge and makes the repair sound confrontational and ugly which it was not. By Mrs. Wright's own admission, she is predisposed to dislike and distrust Mechanics. No matter what we did I do not believe Mrs. Wright would have been pleased.
