Awful customer service and an average job unfortunately. Messed us around from quoting to fitting (3 visits and still not 100% complete). They never rang me back when they promised they would. Fitted wrong size vinyl in bathroom twice and forgot to seal floor. Not the cheapest out there either. Take note Oadby Flooring is nothing connected with Oadby Carpets!

After visiting the store we arranged for a home visit to size up a job, was told would be a few days- week at most, it took over 2 weeks and consisting chasing to get them to come out even though we are local. After this it has been over 3 weeks and still no quote, nobody calls me back and I am chasing every few days. Terrible service, could only imagine what after sales service is like!

We used Oadby Carpets for our lounge recently. We were happy with the quote (which was quite a bit more competitive than another local fitter), and the quality of both the product (Mohawk Smartstrand) and fitting was excellent. A very efficient, quick and professional fitting and we are more than happy with the result. We have also recommended to our neighbours!

Absolutely delighted with my carpets and LVT. definitely be using oadby flooring again from the expert knowledge and advice I received in the shop to the master craftsmen that installed the flooring it was a delight.P.s nice to see fitters enjoying their work and the singing A+

Very high quality products and finish. Showroom is lovely and selection is wide. However.. they are more expensive compared to other shops. If your not bothered about cost, look no further. If you are, places like United Carpets offer the same product for around 10% cheaper easy. I was sold extra underlay - an entire role.. which was not used.. tried to return it and was unfortunately fobbed off being told this was a special order, we cant take it back even though I had the receipt. This left a bad taste and have learned Oadby flooding are only interested in making money.. nothing else. Service was ok as they were busy. If things improved around my scenario I would happily give it 4-5 stars as its a popular place. But for overall price and returning unused sealed items, look elsewhere. A bit of a shame.
