I had requested plow service through their website. The job was assigned and I waited all day just to be notified the next day that the contractor bailed on the job. They were unable to reassign it and it left me stuck in the house waiting, where I could have hired someone else. Customer service was not responsive and appeared to be answered by bots. Would never use their service again.
