This client has issues with a restoration company, not ours, she tried making an insurance company pay for un-fire related damage to her old decrepit building that obviously needed major repairs. We wrote a professional estimate on her behalf which with 40 years of combined experience she believes our estimate is $170,000 to low, just impossible.

Terrible company, in January my house caught fire, and one of the employees of NORTHEAST ADJUSTMENT INC called Hsu Gary called me and said he was a claims adjuster and could help me. Then I google it online, and their company reviews are all 5 stars, so I believe his company. At that time he asked me to sign 3 contracts, I asked him what it was. He told me that the first one (NY AMERICAN EMERGENCY SERVICE INC) was to clean up the trash and the second one was (BOARD UP USA, LLC) which closed the window with wooden boards, and also told me that the insurance company required this, and The insurance company will pay these and I don't need to pay, and the last one is their fee. After I signed the contract, I called him, he rarely answered my phone and rarely returned, so I felt he was a bit unreliable. In March, he told me that the compensation provided by the insurance company was about 30,000, and then I fired him. Because 30,000 is simply not enough to repair. In May, I received Mechanic's lien. The amount was 27366.44. I never thought that the cost of cleaning up garbage was so expensive, and then I called him to ask what was going on. It was so expensive to clean up the garbage. He said he didn't know what they did and how they charged, and then the phone hung up. That NY AMERICAN EMERGENCY SERVICE INC came a total of 2 times. The first time was January. The second time was March. There was an interval of 2 months and the second time was without authorization. I didnt know how they got in. Terrible company. And the second time came when I told Hsu Gary that I was going to fire him. My restaurant experienced a fire last year and fortunately we were in contact with Joe from Northeast Adjustment to help us with insurance claims. Joe is very responsive and always readily available to address any questions/concerns. We were able to maximize our full insurance payout. Would highly recommend!

When my house burned down, I was distraught, but I was more than happy to have Northeast Adjusters at my side. One of their adjusters, Gary Hse, was in charge of the personal property and building claims for my place, and I could not be happier at the amount of effort and his diligence working on my behalf. He was very upfront about the process, and told me that I did not need to pay for cleaning and gas/electrical hookup so long as I followed his instructions, and to this day I have not paid a dime. Furthermore, immediately after the fire he made sure that I found a place to stay temporarily (hotel) and long term (rental), via Homesource, a service that organized my living accommodations, which greatly reduced my stress. Furthermore, Homesource found rental furniture, so that I did not need to pay for a moving service when I moved back to my house. Throughout the claims process, and building process, Gary made sure that the insurance was liable to pay for everything that was damaged, and that they did not short change us. Furthermore, he got me in touch with one of the best contractors that I could have hoped for, and was diligent that the contractor was doing their part as efficiently as possible, without trying to shortchange my family. One important thing to note is that they are not miracle workers, and Northeast can only work with the insurance policy that you have, so if you have a flimsy insurance policy, it may be more difficult for you than if you have a much more bulletproof one. I was lucky to have Gary Hse and Northeast by my side, and you should consider them too for your needs.

Gary Hsu was referred to me by a friend who had a fire. He settled the claim within reasonable time. The settlement was very good. Overall I am very satisfied wi to Northeast Adjustment Inc. I would highly recommend.

When my house caught fire and one of my friend recommended Gary from Northeast Adjustment Inc to help us to deal with our insurance company. I can't say enough about Gary Hse and his Team. They made the process look very easy and he told me i did not need to pay for cleaning and gas/electrical hookup fees if I follow his instruction, until today I haven't paid a dime. Everything was covered by my insurance company. Gary is very responsible, he pick up my calls all the time even at midnight and during his vacation. Gary and his team were extremely knowledgeable and so helpful and we are very happy we went with them. They are definitely worth every penny.
