Initially they got back to me for an appointment to value my property. On the day no one turned up. I had to call them to find out why, I was told I would be called back and again nothing. Very unprofessional I have now gone with another agent.

I cant praise Pittis Ventnor highly enough! Liz Urry was determined to find a buyer for me even though we were in the midst of the pandemic and I was shielding. She was always on hand if I needed to ask a question and always offered advice and reassurance. I had three viewings and three offers. Two offers fell through only because of Covid complications for the buyers but Liz found the third buyer immediately and completion took place extremely quickly. I cant thank her enough for a very smooth and quick sale.

When my husband and I set out on a property search in Ventnor we really didn't know where to start. As first time buyers we had questions about everything and Luke was always there on the other end of the phone to put our minds at ease and guide us through the process. I had such a wonderful experience working with Luke and would always look to him and the team at Ventnor if I was looking to buy again or sell in the future! Cannot recommend Pittis enough Liz especially she was excellent, kept us informed throughout what was a difficult sale in uncertain times, nothing was too much trouble, helpful and extremely professional. Absolute first class service.
