Pittsburgh Remodeling Company (PRC), through two separate projects, renovated both our master bathroom and our family room. PRC employees were all friendly, professional, and clear communicators every step of the way - from the quote, planning, and design phases with Justin, Sophia, and Meryl, to making adjustments and approving change orders until project completion with the knowledgeable, on-site, lead carpenters - Nate and JT. The owner, Rob, came out to both of our jobs to speak with us and make sure we were satisfied with the work done up to that point. He was very personable and easy to talk with. Both jobs also involved heated floors - I highly recommend these if you want a tile floor and still want your feet to be warm/comfortable. Everything was finished on time and was at, or under, the amount budgeted (except change orders, those items were a little extra - things like extra shelves, outlets, switches, etc.). We will likely use them again on another bathroom and, eventually, on our basement remodel.
