I was calling for a simple single item order. His tone of voice was very rude. If the service over the phone wasn't so terrible, I may have overpaid for the $30 t-shirt. It is important to be enthusiastic about your job and to give your customers a welcoming and positive experience.
Steve was very helpful and we needed the shirts quickly. He made sure to get them done not only with in the day but hours earlier than promised. We will be back. Thank you!
Go elsewhere! I ordered 4 shirts and paid over $170 so I was expecting superior quality...I could not have been more wrong. The printing crackled like cheap plastic, was torn in places when I received it, and the color was faded and far from accurate. I ordered from One Day Tees but ended up dealing with Miser Mites, a company I had never heard of. When I contacted the company about the poor quality and asked them if I could return them and get a refund, they had the audacity to tell me I had to pay for shipping and proceeded to treat me with the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Steve was rude and unprofessional and I only hope prospective customers read these reviews and heed our warnings.
