I visit this pet store frequently as I walk alot in the mall...just to swing in and check out the pups! Staff seem to truly love the animals and care highly about the animals best interest. On a side note I have witnessed more customers than I can count get highly offensive when asking to take puppies out to be "played" with; and staff ask about the customers interest in purchasing. I don't think this is fair as it is not a petting zoo and there are multiple times the store is packed. Its just my opinion, but with many years of owning animals, babies need their sleep and definitely can't be pulled out every 5 min someone just wants to play with them. I am sure it is at times very hard to know how sincere a customer is being when wanting to see pups up close. I have also witnessed customers scream at staff when they are refused service, a couple times on puppies and "even" rodents. I can honestly say this is a place that would rather get a lashing than place an animal in a sketchy situation. I'd give the place more stars if I could. Treat each other kindly.
