Overall we were unhappy with our experience when we engaged this agency to help us find/buy a home in Princeton. They got the job done eventually, but our realtor didn't really seem to be listening to us a lot of the time and the process became quite aggravating. It also took longer than it should have.
Dianne Bleacher from Callaway Henderson was absolutely awful to communicate with. As a tenant of 1 Markham Road, I experienced only hostility and passive aggressiveness. She never checked in with us of her own volition, complained when we asked for replacements to the shower head that was disgusting and aged, and clearly did not have our best interest at heart in any way. She assumed we were going to pay for an apartment cleaning without offering us the option to self-clean. She did not contact us at all during the last month of our lease with any instructions on moveout at all, only to charge us two days additional rent because one of our roommates professional movers had an unanticipated delay. She barely texted in full sentences and lacked compassion. As tenants and three young women who just graduated from college, we hoped for someone who is helpful, understanding, and reasonable. She is none of those things. And clearly, Callaway Henderson has no intention on actually ensuring the happiness and satisfaction of its customers. We dont have a problem paying for charges incurred we have a problem with old white women who are rude and entitled like all the other old white women at 1 Markham Road who NEVER treated me or the other two women with respect, or even respectful curiosity. And what can I expect if she reads this? I anticipate shell probably find more reasons to deduct from our security deposit because if it isnt clear already from everything I have detailed, she is not a professional.
Philip was instrumental in helping me purchase a second condominium at Princeton Windrows that I could combine with the one I had already acquired. He dealt very effectively with the Princeton Windrows Realty office. He was knowledgeable and very professional. The final walkthrough was all anybody could wish for and the final closing was a dream come true.
My experience with David Schure of the Princeton Office was exceptional. He went far beyond the call of professional duty to find me the house of my dreams. As someone involved with architecture, I had very specific requirements, which David understood perfectly. He did not waste my time showing me things he knew I would reject, but instead, combed his data base to find everything in the area I might like, almost whether they were on the market on or. I ended up buying a house that the owners didn't even know they wanted to sell. David helped me through every step of the process, protecting my interests but also getting the job done. Could not possibly have gone better!
We rented a house, had four different people responsible for this property, nobody felt really responsible though. When we wanted to give back our keys and made an appointment to do so, nobody showed up! Very unreliable!
