We have been here twice and will not be back. The first time we spent 4 hours just getting a routine eye exam. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, maybe there were problems in the office that day, you never know. But then they told me my daughter's glasses would be ready in a few days. We got them after a month of unreturned phone calls and them randomly being closed during normal business hours. Today we waited 2 hours before I just walked out.
