The owner is very obnoxious and rude and degrading. I had over him at another business totally berating the poor person behind the counter when the person was trying their hardest to help . If this is how you treat others in public may I suggest you do not say you own s company .

I worked with this company a few years ago and I had a wonderful experience then. I recently learned that they merged with Troy Cloth and Paper and requested a quote for screen printed posters. After multiple calls, facebook messages, emails, pretty much begging for a quote, never received one. I am pretty disappointed in the lack of customer service and seemingly lack of care for new business. I wanted to keep my business local but I ended up taking my project out of state.

Incredible Customer Service! I was up late one evening and saw an ad from the Troy Shirt Co. posted, which stated to contact them if you were interested in additional styles, sizes, etc. I was interested so I sent a Facebook message, expecting a response in the morning. Nope, they responded to the message at midnight. Not only did they respond, but they put up exactly what I was looking for so I could order it right then. The interaction was very professional and courteous, especially considering the fact it was midnight. Pick up my shirt yesterday, the material is incredible, so soft, it's the perfect walking shirt. Thank you Troy Shirt Co., for a great shirt and a wonderful experience. I hope to do business with you again soon.

The owner of the company is extremely personable, professional, and accommodating. I ordered a black Bernie Sanders tank top and it was shipped and delivered immediately after ordering. The process to order was easy, the product is perfect. I love the material of the tank top, I would absolutely order from this company again, and I have recommended Troy Shirt Co. to my family and friends!

Only let me in due to a worker needing to be in when I had merch inside , once I got in faked a phone call to seem busy . Wouldnt let me talk to his intern about work to be done , and last but not least tried to overcharge me because I didnt get my T-shirts from him .
