I scheduled for help to load my furniture into a POD and I was given a time for 10:00 am, the time was then moved to 11, then 11:30 then to 12, 12:30, 1:00 p.m. The did not show up and I had to demand a refund. I would give a minus 0 but its not an option. Not reliable!

Rissa, you are not in our system and we did not move you. We are Georgia Pack and Load - Suwanee. There's a company called Pack and Load Services and a couple other companies not in business very long that are using similar names. If you will call our office, we will help you find the company that performed your move.

I am very disappointed with this service. The company did a fairly good job packing our things; however we ran into several issues on the return. Several items never made it back to our home and we filed a claim over a month ago with no response. Do NOT use this company, it has made our moving experience an extremely disappointing one.

Drew's Crew Rocked the Move! We were very pleased with the handling of our furniture, protecting it with pads and wrapping things up for transport. This is a false review. Georgia Pack and Load Suwanee did not move this customer. Georgia Pack and Load Suwanee has been in business for 25 years and has an A+ rating with the BBB, won the Angie's List super service award numerous times and has never received a violation with the Georgia Public Service Commission and the Georgia Department of Public Safety. Atlanta Pack and Load moved this customer and she has been made aware of this. Atlanta Pack and Load is a completely different company with separate ownership. We reached out to Atlanta Pack and Load regarding their customer and they stated she has not paid for any services rendered and they have had to hire an attorney due to harassment. According to the owner at Atlanta Pack and Load, they believe her review and complaint is an attempt to avoid paying for her move. She called Georgia Pack and Load-Suwanee and our office manager explained that we did not move her. She then proceeded to call our office numerous times a day for 2 weeks, harassing employees and staff. (Something clearly isn't right here.) We have had to obtain a lawyer to try to stop her harassment. In 25 years in the moving industry, we have never had to file suit against anyone for slander and defamation. Our attorney is in the process of filing suit and has advised us to discontinue communication and not answer any more of her harassing phone calls.

The "movers" were a DAY late and ill-equipped; caused THOUSANDS of dollars in damage to prior home when ripped out washer/dryer- major repairs. They dropped my piano, broke my front steps, moved wrong items, broke items. On Aug 10, the co-owner promised me $145 towards piano; never sent. The movers are not prof movers. I have a text from one of the movers saying the company should not be in business. An Aug 4 email from owner: "Yes, we booked the wrong date." "Unfortunately, on your move date, it was an especially challenging day. One of the crew members planned for your move came in contact with someone with Covid and informed us that morning.... [mover that sat in truck] ...was up all night. We didn't find out about this until the day after your move. It's not meant to be an excuse, just an attempt to add some context to your complaints towards him." Also Even [mover], our 70 year old "mover" pitched in. Nobody at either GA or Atlanta Pack N Load will return calls.
