VERY disappointed in my experience. I did not receive my products by the requested and DISCUSSED date. This wouldnt have been an issue because things happen, right? But instead of letting me know that they did not hear back from their digitizer, they said nothing, AT ALL. No communication whatsoever. I called on my items due date and no one answered. I called the following day and the woman on the phone sounded as if they knew nothing about my order, which I placed IN PERSON. Poor service. Poor communication. Go elsewhere to have your work done.
Hi, Firstly you came in on Saturday (a day we are closed) to request next day Embrodiery services on your hats. I am the one who took your order as well as told you we would rush our digitizing vendor to see if we could get the digitized logo for a Monday completion. I also advised I wouldnt charge you unless we could do the job because of the tight deadline. On Monday afternoon I emailed you and advised we would not be able to do the hats for a Monday delivery. You specifically stated you needed them for Monday. Monday night you emailed when could you pick up your hats. Your message was received after we closed. Today you called at 5pm to see if we completed your order which we did not because you said you needed them for monday and that you would not be in town if we did them later. You told us to put the hats up so you could get them. We put them in our mailbox for you. You wrote this review before you even checked the mailbox where your hats are. We wish you the best and safe travels!

I would absolutely never recommend anyone use this company. Poor communication, poor work ethic and just over poor quality. We dropped hats off we a delivery day of 03/14/22 on the 14th I emailed and called all day no answer. On the 15th I called from an alternate number and was able to connect. I was then told my hats would not be ready on the 15th or the 16th. When I asked for the hats we dropped off back and we would get the work performed elsewhere they informed us that they would leave it in a bag in their mailbox unfinished. In the end we lost our 5 hats, never got the work finished and still received an invoice. Needless to say this very bad experience. Save yourself the frustration and find a professional print shop.
Please please please do not use this company. I attempted to have a company logo added to 5 items. I received an invoice for work that was never completed. The items were never returned and I was unable to track them down. Its 03/15 the work was suppose to be completed on 03/12 and still nothing, no communication, very frustrating. Let my experience save you from your own personal hell.
