I was charged over a $1000 for an appointment that did not correct my ear problem. He did not help the situation and did not know how to help the situation, but he did not mind charging me a $1000 for the 20 minute visit. Contacted the billing lady who was unfriendly and not helpful. I guess these people are not in the helping business and do not understand how to be a patient! I would not go back or recommend to anyone!

Wonderful staff and doctor! After five ear infections within a year my daughters pediatrician sent a referral to Dr. Gibbons. The office staff quickly schedule her a consultation and we were able schedule her tubes. Since her tubes were put in Dr. Gibbons called later that day and his staff called the next day and schedule her follow up.

All of my children, as well as myself, have used this clinic for 25 years now! Every doctor has been a pleasure to work with! I have never been over charged, nor have I ever been given medical care that was not necessary! Highly recommend for all ear, nose, throat, and allergic issues!!!

Been try to get my daughter ear drops all day waiten on the doctor to send them the nurse is snarky an acts like i am bothering her while my poor baby has a draining hurting ear i have called them 5 times today an yet no one can send a simple persciption for ear drops
