Service was terrible, felt uncomfortable to ask the staff anything, as though you were disturbing them. Very disappointing as it used to be a great place for lunch

Fish & fries, thats what it should be called. Not the traditional British dish we were all hoping for. Food, drink and service were satisfactory.

Really disappointed because we had been to the other branch and it was so good. This place has probably become too big and busy. We couldn't get the attention of the waitress most of the night. My food was cold and fish had little flavour.
