There are way too many cute boutiques in Ft. Worth to bother with shopping here. Ridiculous 7 day return policy, even with a receipt, even if the item was purchased as a Christmas present and still has tags attached in perfect condition. Wouldn’t offer a refund or even store credit , even with receipt because it was over 7 days. Most reputable companies allow at least a 30 day return period for items purchased over Christmas. Terrible customer service. I will take my business elsewhere and you should, too.
