Owner made me wait a week for a shirt I picked off the rack and requested a minimal amt. of iron on appliqués. I got there and he made it in 60 seconds right in front of me. Why the week wait???
Walt (the owner, I believe) whined like a 10 year old on the phone after I refused his offer to pay even more money to have the tshirt reprinted after they messed up. I called numerous times before ordering and went back and forth over email to be sure the file I sent of the design was what they needed. I was assured it was good. Came to pick up the shirt the first time, no one had a clue who I was or what I even ordered. They said sorry and it will be ready tomorrow. I go back the next day and yep, all of the white text on the shirt is missing. Not to mention the parts that were printed looked like they were printed in 1950 and have been through the wash everyday since. Their solution was for me to pay another $30 to have it reprinted. I refused and said I dont think this is my problem to fix. After about a 20 minute phone conversation with Walt he said FINE Ill reprint it okaaaaaay?! If you have a preteen and have ever asked them to do their choresyou know the tone. you would have thought I asked this guy to hand over his first born child. He never reached out again or asked me to resend the file which is kind of annoying because I know that shirt would have come in handy the next time I paint or i could have even turned it into a rag or something useful.
