Terrible products. We specifically looked for a local shop that provided digitally (garment dyed) printed tshirts instead of screenprint and have been so disappointed. We have had tshirts digitally printed in the past with no problem but it has been issue after issue with this company. We are a small business and spent most of our advertising budget to get shirts printed and still don't have good, quality tshirts. They were more expensive then other bids but we thought it was worth it to get the quality for our customers. After returning the shirts twice, they are still not right. They fade after washing almost to the point of not seeing the image. I was also supposed to receive a replacement tshirt for one that was ruined and have yet to receive it( it has been well over a month). I am very sad at my experience. We will be searching for a new tshirt printing company.

We had a negative experience with poor communication and sub-par product. I was impressed by the quick turnaround after the lack of communication, but the quality was not amazing. They split our order in two so some were screen printed and others were direct printed (digital), and the colors were both off (from original artwork and each other). Some of the screen printed shirts were blotchy on part of the graphic. They didn't try make things better and stood by their decision for processing. At the end of the day, it was frustrating to work with them, so we paid in full and will move on.

We have used advertising arts several times for vehicle wraps, pens, print, and clothing. Always on time and helpful when we had questions.

I have worked with many printer companies over the last 10 years and I have never had a company that goes out of their way to take care of me, the customer, like Advertising Arts. Great staff and knowledgeable people, they work hard to get my jobs done on time and at a great price. I wish more companies treated customers this way.
