I went into the showroom expecting to just try out the chairs, and find a better deal online. My experience proved different than my expectations. The product was priced much lower than anything I'd seen online. Matt showed me the main chairs I was interested in, and I was able to fully test them as he went through all the features with me. I now have the Herman Miller Embody arriving this coming week, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! Great customer service was provided.
