I ordered support bracelets from "Fundraising for a Cause" for a co-worker when she first got a liver cancer diagnoses. She wasn't ready to tell everyone, so I luckily held off on giving them out. Then, miraculously, she learned that it wasn't liver cancer- thank God. However, during that time, the 20 day return time frame passed. That's right, 23 days after placing my order I asked about returning and was told I can't return the un-used 50 bracelets that are still in original packaging. Terrible customer service. I absolutely do not recommend. There are so many better places to order the same products, so do yourself a favor and work with someone who will value you as a customer.
