This company is run by crooks do not use this company for any services if i was able to leave zero stars I would this company is not worthy of even one star They store your credit card information on file and then they charge your card without your authorization at their leisure for whatever amount they desire without rendering services or rendering products basically they give you nothing and do nothing for you and charge you without your knowledge at their leisure These people are crooks do not I repeat do not use this company for anything The worst part is when you try and contact someone from this company you only end up speaking with people who are totally condescending and not helpful at all they try to string you along and tell you they will get back to you and help you resolve the matter meanwhile the longer you wait the more time they have to take your money The representatives here are condescending they are thieves and they are crooks do not use this company for anything

Was told on the phone I could cancel my order within 60 days or change my name. That was not the case, I filed and then 5 days later I wanted to change my name and was told it was already sent to the state and it will be an additional 150 dollars to change the name. I am fustrated because on the phone I was told misleading information and now sinking my pockets 150 deeper. I have to rate a one star for the bad customer service that was provided.
