Wrong Company...we do not work with Whirlpool washers...we manufacture electronic components.

Worst technician EVER... If I could give it a 0 I would. A technician came out to look at my Whirlpool Washer that had an error message and would shake until the sheet rocks broke on the wall. He came out and said the machine cannot be fixed ... we bought it 5 months ago. it took 4 days for the technician to file report with Whirlpool. After filing the report, whirlpool sent out their own technician. guy took out 4 screws from the back that held the drum and the machine work perfect now. no noise on spin cycle. Code does not come up anymore. Whirlpool need to drop Keystone and find another consultant firm who are trained and knowledgeable in appliance.
