I am a client of Rebecca Whitt and Cesar Zamudio. When a taxi cab ran over my foot, not only was I in pain but the driver was incredibly dismissive, rude and attempted to displace blame unto me. First off I was involved in a car accident and this firm has been great so far! Things have been going fast and smooth. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this law firm from my current experience. I suggest that when you call you specifically ask to speak to Starr Guerra. She is absolutely the best and will assist you to the best of your needs!!!! Don't hesitate to call! I will give an updated review in the next couple of months!

In the beginning they were great. Insisted that we go to their clinics which is a bit of a red flag, but I did it. After a conference call with the insurance when they heard the case was not worth as much as they thought, they dropped us the very next day. To add insult to injury, they lied about the reason. At least make the lie believable. If something you knew from the start you can't in turn blame that 2 weeks later. At least tell me the obvious truth. Sad. Being in an accident is a lot to deal with, then you think you have someone on your side and you don't. They left me with nothing but a repeated script from the side that the lawyer told her to say. It's ok, I don't want a lawyer that does not have the balls to speak to their client, must be great in court. They told me nothing on how to proceed and what happens now or what I can do. Nothing. Days later I'm still in the dark. And it's my case and my injuries. They also have yet to send me a letter saying they are done with my case and won't profit from it. They only send a CD, who uses those anymore? I have no place to even view it. Very very shady. They remind me of old school ambulance chasers. I know they have tons of glowing reviews. But I know I can't be the only one they have done this too. Watch your back with them.
