Unfortunately I ordered my sons school uniforms from this company on August 8th, with absolutely no order update I finally called the week prior to school starting and spoke to Sarah she told me my order had not been fulfilled yet, and she would take my order off of ship and when the order was fulfilled they would be dropped off to the school. Still no update and we have started school, I called today and spoke to Sarah again and she told me my order was shipped and lost by fed ex And now does not have the inventory to replace my full order as of right now and I was on a list for her to call, this customer service is unacceptable and I really hope our school goes back to our normal shirt supplier.

Thank you for your review, we apologize greatly for the delay. We understand your frustrations and we have a lot of frustrations of our own with our apparel suppliers with several stock issues due to the pandemic. Unfortunately, the supply and demand issues are worldwide across several different companies. We are doing our best to fill orders as quickly as we can, we take comments like this seriously and we are putting plans in place to make next year much easier for parents and for ourselves. Unfortunately this company can take my money up front and cannot fill orders on time for the start of the school year. Ive order ten shirts and received 6. Unfortunately one of my children has only 1 shirt to wear and this company has nothing but excuses to give me. Theyve blamed the principal, they've blamed their suppliers yet school started 3 weeks ago and they have not once been in contact with me to update my order. I have to call and get attitude by phone from their horrible mannered employees answering their phones. Not recommend to use this company.

I LOVE this company, everyone is super down to Earth, friendly.love buying local and Nate Sallee and his team support and encourage it! I can think of an idea and they roll with it or are honest and tell me to go another way. Professionals but not snobby, caring and fun to work with.
