never imagined having so many problems upon moving in to an apartment.. management seems ok so far.. parking lot is really dark at night.. cheap maintenance (they claim there's only one maintenance guy but I see multiple men walking around with the (wc shirts on) jobs never get done right or they're half done. These apartments are truly ridiculous mice, spiders galore.. just don't waste your time if you care for quality living everything is quick fixed in my apartment I don't know if it's my age, situation or what but there should never be as many problems as I've received upon moving in to a new apartment... wow I'm speechless these apartments are embarrassing..

These apartments are terrible this has been the worst 12 months of my life from fridge leaks (looked over) I have to cook in a puddle of water!, my kitchen light has never worked I tell them they do NOTHING, roaches, mice, homeless people sleep under the stairs from time to time, theres no maintenance the one guy that is there half asses everything!, the office NEVER answers, my apartment flooded from lord knows what I tell them nothings done.. Ive never felt less at home... and now Im stuck trying to figure out how to properly end this nightmare of a lease only to get no response.. I Will NEVER look back this was my first and worst experience

My Air Conditioner went out and I went on the rmresident app and put in a maintenance request. David B. Showed up in LITERALLY LESS THAN 1 HOUR!! David showed up, and had my A/C fixed within 30 minutes. I have rarely had occasion to say great things regarding maintenance, because 1) I don't deal with them very often and 2) They're usually really busy because of the sheer number of properties they have. This time all I can say is great things. David showed up FAST, and took care of my problem very quickly. KUDOS TO YOU NTPM, AND DAVID B!!

I live in the nieborhood and they are the worst about keeping the grounds clean and organized. The trash from the parking lot keeps blowing down the hill into the wooded area and ditch. I have emailed and called several times. This month someone dumped some logs down the back part of the parking lot. I called to notify the property manager there resolution was to NOT remove the debris but only to stack it up at the bottom of the hill!! My advise is ro try to be a better nieborhood partner. Have the same passion that you had on the phone with me in a negative way turn it positively around and clean, manage, and repair your property! The nieborhood will be a better place for all!
