I've been on a couple of events with Wildway, and don't hesitate to recommend the tireless passion of their crew for delivering enjoyable and original outdoor experiences. Whilst out on Wildway expeditions I've met people with a wide range of previous outdoor experience from total novices like myself to guys who'd seem quite happy left to live alone on Dartmoor for a month, and every one of them has come away with beaming smiles having made new friends and developed their outdoor skill and knowledge levels whilst having a thoroughly enjoyable time, which I put down to the positive and inclusive atmosphere generated by John and his team as well as their wide ranging practical know how. Definitely 5 stars and I'll definitely be away with them again. Keep it up guys !

I have to admit I was dubious about this on the Friday but minutes into arriving I felt utterly confident it would be a good weekend. John was very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and clearly at home in the wooded environment. I considered myself "knowledgeable" of bushcraft before I started the 3 day course, now I realised how much I hadn't learned! I was with my 13 year old son, he has Asperger's and whilst it didn't pose an inconvenience John & Jack were both very considerate to his needs. Without hesitation I have to say this is one of the best outdoor adventure courses I have ever participated in. Thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. - John, Bailey (nicknamed "Fisheye" because he had the courage to eat one of the trouts eyes!!) says he's going to ask you for a job with WildWay Bushcraft when he's 16!! Thanks also to Jack, great cook, enjoyed the stories, the knowledge and a great guy. Definitely put my name down for the upcoming axe course and I'd like to book the canoe expedition for next year please... See you soon Chris & Bailey

My friend wanted to try a bushcraft course, I wasn't so sure it would be for me but so glad I went for it. The guys provided a packed weekend full of hands on training covering all the major topics you would imagine like shelter building, fire starting, foraging, natural navigation, game preparation knife skills and loads more. The location was fantastic, nice and secluded and compared to the other bushcraft weekends we researched Wildway was very competitive price wise. I'll be going back for some more in depth courses in the near future. Would recommend these guys and the weekend bushcraft course in particular to anyone wanting a good intro to bushcraft skills!

My son went to Sweden with Wildway and his school. They loved it. A hole 10 days away from it all. Walking canoeing and camping staying in hammock. He could not stop talking about the experience he loved being out in the open and the skill the Bushcraft guys taught him. The fires, the fishing all the whole experience was amazing. As parents the team where very reassuring and we knew our children where in comtpitent hands. The helped the whole group with their needs and supported them with case and professionalism.

Had the choice of a city break anywhere in the world with the wife or a 5 day trip to sodden midge invested Scotland in August for my 40th. Luckly Scotland won and so did I after my trip away with John at wildway bushcraft. 5 day canoe trip through stunning scenery with bushcraft at every chance possible .everything was so relaxed and well run . I can not reccomend highly enough . I went on my own and meet a great group of guys who made me feel welcome and at ease even with my accent :-). Book now you will not be let down . Wildway also do a great book on bushcraft " bushcraft a family guide " got my kids it for Christmas and it got them away from the Xbox.
