The owner is rude! He told me that the shirt that was printed in his shop and needed to have the letters repressed do to the letter not staying after the first wash, that it was not made at his shop. I had to argue with him that it was. His wife from the back spoke up yes dear we have more of those shirts to print. So he repressed it. I have had to return 5 times to have it repressed. Each and every time has been nothing but a hassle! Rude man and very bad with customer service. I was told to had wash and hang dry my shirt because of his shoddy workmanship!
I own a pest control company in Weeki Wachee, Florida. Over the years I have had uniform services with all the big name uniform vendors. All of them supplied us with glued on name badges and glued on company logo patches. None of which were as aesthetically appealing as the impeccable work performed by the gentleman whom crafts the embroidery directly onto the uniforms we are fortunate enough to be able to purchase directly from Print Shack. I highly recommend them!
Andrew, We strive very hard to help all our customers. I'm sorry your email has been blocked from coming through. Don't bash my company when you know nothing about us. We went above and beyond to help you out. My "Empathy"...I even went as far a to print out step by step instructions on how to get your email unblocked.I did that out of kindness. I have NO control of email service providers once your account has been flagged. And you sir pushed the papers aside and wanted nothing to do with it. I also told you we could wok one on one and with a flash drive until you could get your email account un-flagged. And you protested and said you cant work with a company that way, so that is on you, NOT my company. And as far as health environment, my store is clean and well maintained. Anyone who know us, knows we go above and beyond to make our clients happy and we do quality work, so don't "bet" on anything when you don't know us.

Communication is non-existent, via in person or email. When I did speak to someone, they were trying to convince me my email I've had for 15 years is not working. Instead of just saying sorry we didn't see your email. The owner needs to work on a healthy environment for their customers. I bet their lack of customers care and lack of empathy bleeds into their work.
