I cannot express how excited I was to get my first Dixxon shirt. It's beautiful, hidden in the seam is a tiny label...not even in English.... that says it's made in China. I won't buy another
Have a coaches jacket that is rarely worn. Took it out of the closet a week or so ago and noticed that in both arm pit areas the stitching had come undone. Emailed the help department with no response. Had to submit a second email on the website for any help. Have been going back and forth with customer service department until today when I decided to call and speak to them which is when the real issue began. I was told that my only option at this point is to take the jacket to a tailor and have them sew it. I told the girl that this is not an option and an unreasonable solution. based on the fact that the jacket is soo new and rarely worn. This is supposed to be "work wear" yet the jacket has barely lasted 9 months?? This is not used as a work jacket. I tried to reason with them and had them look into my account showing the numerous orders placed, still nothing. I explained to the girl that I would hate for this to be the reason that I never place an order again. Girl still did not seem willing to work with me. I asked for a manager which is when she said she did not have one. I asked again and then the story changed to not having a manager at that time. I said I want to escalate this and she did not seem all that enthused and I am not all that certain I will get a call back. For a company that wants to pride itself on hard work and the working class they need to be sure their product lives up to its reputation (what is left that is) and beliefs. Depending on the outcome of this issue I may be selling off a collection. With rising prices Pendleton flannels are not that far off price wise as these. I have a number of of vintage Pendleton's that have lasted decades. If this issue is resolved I will edit this posting and revise my rating.
A huge thank you to Shelby at Dixxon, I appreciate her time and patience so much. Excellent customer service, she went above and beyond to make it right and exceeded my expectations. Thanks again, youre the best!
Im sorry but please bring the old DIXXON! I used to be an EXTREMELY, like upwards of 25-45 flannels, loyal customer to Dixxon flannel co. They have severely gone downhill in quality and customer service as well very very badly. I wont shop here anymore and Ive spent over 1K on flannels alone here in the past not including hats and shirts and other things. It really makes me sad seeing my new flannels literally coming apart at the seams and buttons just falling off and fraying around every edge as well as the button holes too. I dont do this but please go back to the DIXXON FLANNEL CO. That I used to spend time at and talk with the CSR/owners and the real community based business that had exciting new releases every month or so but its like every other day now and they dont change much either which is very disappointing. Im sorry Dixxon. Please bring back the old Dixxon!!! GW
