I rarely give a bad review but I was very disappointed in the attitude of a gal in this store - and I assume she was a manager! The gal waiting on us was fantastic (which is why I even gave a 2 star rating) and we bought 2 Lizzy James bracelets from her but apparently the manager didn't like how we wanted to see all the various styles and colors and she was quite snotty and rude to us. So rude, in fact, I went online to order more of these bracelets rather than visiting the store again!! Nice store but will not go back - and they lost quite a large sale of 3 Lizzy James bracelets (which are pricey)!
